Shipping policy

Our standard delivery lead time is 1-2 days upon order placement if within Metro Manila, and 2-3 days within nearby areas outside Metro Manila (e.g. Laguna, Cavite or Pampanga). Please also note that we deliver through Lalamove / Grab (sedan type). Kindly check the delivery rates using the address below as your pinned location for the exact delivery fee but a standard fee is being charged upon checkout for initial payment;

• “10 Acacia Place, 21st avenue, Brgy. Tagumpay, Quezon City" (applicable for Metro Manila, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Las Pinas, and Pampanga deliveries)

• "Flora Primera Flower Shop, Brgy. Tubigan, Binan, Laguna" (applicable for Laguna to nearby South areas)

The standard delivery fee is being charged upon checkout for initial reference but we shall inform you separately once we have to send a refund or request an additional fee depending on your delivery location. You may also contact us separately for pick up arrangements.

Again, since we use a third party service to deliver, for your convenience, we humbly ask to check the rates first before order placement. Although, note that we also give FREE DELIVERY discount codes every month, which are being announced on our social media accounts.
